Dr. Robert Balbis
CPR & Stop The Bleed Instructor
- Dr. Robert Balbis is an adjunct instructor for the Defensive Training Group, specializing in tactical medicine.
- Dr. Balbis is a full-time medical doctor.
- He served as a former combat medic with the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division with combat deployments during Desert Storm.
- He is a TCCC (Tactical Care of the Combat Casualty) instructor as well as being certified in wilderness medicine.
- Dr. Balbis served in the U.S. Army from 1989 to 1997, and graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001.
